Located among the rolling hills just minutes from Downtown Templeton or Paso Robles, "Dos Olivos Ranch" is a unique training and boarding facility. This beautiful ranch is currently under construction but already has a beautiful backdrop of Oak and Olive Trees. This Facility offers  a 16 stall barn with (12x24ft fully covered pens, with automatic waterers) 4 stall Royal Stall Barn with box stalls and large turnouts. Fly Guard fly system throughout the barns. 280' x 200' ft riding arena, another 125'x75' arena (both fully irrigated) 55' irrigated round pen, hot walker, ample tack room, several turn outs, some with shelters. We will also be offering grass turnouts and trailer parking. More importantly, for the safety of you and your horses,  the entire property is enclosed by a perimeter fence with locked gates and the owner lives on site!
